We're Moving!

From Thursday 2nd January 2020 we will be fully operational from our new premises - 32-34 St Thomas's Road, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 1HR.  The transition over to the new premises will commence on 13th December 2019.  Please be aware that there will be ample patient parking at the new Surgery.




Flu Vaccines

We are now taking bookings for flu vaccinations.

If you are;

  • 65 years old or over
  • Pregnant
  • have a long term medical condition
  • are a registered carer or receive a carer's allowance

To book your appointment please contact the surgery on 01257 513930 after 11am Monday to Friday or book online.

We now offer a wide range of appointments with clinicians which are available to book online including GP Consultations, Telephone Consultations, Blood Tests, Blood Pressure Checks, Ear Syringing, Depo Provera Injections, B12 Injections, Prostap Injections, Depixol Injections and Cervical Screening.
