Reception

The receptionists are there to help you. Anything you share with them will be treated with confidence. They are trained to assist you with any enquiries you may have regarding the services which the Practice provides and help you with queries such as test results, or anything you are unsure about.

The receptionists act on the GP's instruction and therefore we hold a zero tolerance approach to abuse of staff.
