Our Surgery

With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

New Premises

We have recently moved into our new premises 32-34 St Thomas’s Road, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 1HR.  

 

Telephone Lines

The fault with our telephone lines has now been resolved.  If you do experience any problems getting through to the Surgery, please kindly bring this to the attention of the Practice Manager. 

Patient Access - Updates to be aware of

Patient Access has had some updates which should be more user friendly!

If you are using the APP via your smartphone, tablet or iPad, you will need to UPDATE your app within the app centre to gain full access.

Some updates include:

Email as log in username

Pharmacy nominations
