As many of you are now aware, we have in the last week sent letters to all households registered at the practice to inform them of the latest changes at Station Surgery.
Following a robust external assessment, a number of concerns were identified with the building and its facilities. This means we are no longer able to provide safe and effective healthcare from this location.
In the interim we are providing all services from Leyland Surgery.
We are very aware of how passionate the patients and staff are to have a surgery based in the Farrington area and we are actively seeking suitable accommodation within this locality.

Patients' needs are at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
We have now started booking patients in for the COVID 19 immunisation. Please do not contact the surgery - we will be contacting patients within the priority groups as per government guidance.

The MyGP App or Patient Access applications can be used to book appointments, contact the practice or order prescriptions.
As usual, you should dial 999 in an emergency and can access NHS111 or your local pharmacy for advice.

COVID – 19 (Coronavirus)
As a practice we must continue to follow the strict infection, prevention and control measures to limit the risk of the virus to you as patients and to our staff. This means that where possible our staff and clinicians will remotely triage and assess your needs before determining if a face-to-face appointment is required. If your needs can be met safely via the telephone or video consultation then this will take place. If a clinician feels you require a face-to-face appointment then this will be arranged. All processes will be reviewed as the situation evolves.
If you are asked to attend the surgery for an appointment please comply with government guidance by wearing a face covering. Please do not attend the surgery if you have any of the following
A high temperature
A new continuous cough
Have lost your sense of smell or taste
