Care Quality Commission
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety resulting in a public report of findings including performance ratings to help patients make better choices about their care.
Inspections can be prompted by new registrations of GP practices, complaints and routine checking of services. CQC inspectors may contact patients on our registered list to gain confidential and vital feedback/ evidence to help with the report.
